My goal is to provide students with simple, yet valuable techniques and instructions to assist them in being more efficient and confident in solving math problems. I currently volunteer at Island Coast High School in Cape Coral as a math tutor and I also have experience in tutoring home schooled and college students.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronic Engineering and I have helped many students in various levels of math including General Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry Pre-Calculus and Calculus.
Because of my tutoring experience, I am able to pinpoint where the student is having difficulties by observing how the student is solving the problem. With this, we can take the necessary steps to improve problem solving techniques. I tailor my methods of tutoring to suit the needs of each student.
Tutoring Rates:
In person 1-on-1 sessions: $25 per hour
In person discounted group sessions: Please contact for quote.
Online sessions using IM, email or Video Chat: $16 per hour
Referrals:
If you refer a student, you will earn $5 towards your next session after your referral’s first session.
