We have a 2000 s/f new martial arts facility and would like to give the opportunity for an instructor to run their classes at our studio. We only use the facility about 4 hours per day.
Our frontage in on S. Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, Fl.
This is a great way to get started on your own or continue with your clientel in a clean, professional studio with top of the line flooring.
Our walls are also mirrored and both training rooms have A/C, the building is about 2.5 years old.
