SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative who will be
responsible for the sales of multiple product offerings to new, self-generated prospects, CPA's, current clients and the general business community.

All sales representatives receive an extensive training program both at our training center in Rochester, New York, and here in Houston, TX.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, with 2+ years of relevant sales experience, or the
equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ideal candidates will have been in the top 20% of producers in their
previous sales position with documented

sales success. Telemarketing experience is a huge asset.

Excellent communication skills are a must. Candidates must also
possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

General Job Description:
Under general supervision of Sales management and within the goals established by corporate guidelines:
- Presents products and services of Clients to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe. Presentations are to be held at the prospect's work site.
- Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
- Prospects for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
- Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
- Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
- Projects a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
- Achieves technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within the 80-100 percentiles on the Semi-annual Field Evaluation Test.
- May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.

Compensation:

Glendale Calif. - $50-60,000 Yr. Plus additional $75k in Bonus
