Job Description:
Our Club Manager has the important job of maintaining the grounds and assets as required by the Board of Directors.
This is a busy and physical job, which is good for an energetic individual who takes pride in their work.
Requirements:
The Club Manager must have knowledge of and be able to operate and properly repair and maintain the following farm equipment:
- Tractors, Back-hoe, Slope Mowers, Hoists, Boats and Boat Engines, Fuel Tanks, Spray Systems.
- Must have own tools and be familiar with basic tools and equipment.
Must have knowledge or ability to learn water treatment for well water system. Monitoring of flood alerts and water gauges.
Repair of fences, sheds, docks, leaks in levy, weeding, mowing and general cleanup associated with the club property.
Experience in basic electrical, plumbing, painting and construction.
Manager will supervise work of outside contractors from time to time.
On the job training will be provided.
Benefits:
The Club Manager must live on site and is provided a home with all utilities paid. A truck and boat will also be provided for the use of club business.
Holiday and Vacation as set forth by the Club.
