This is a Business-to-Business outside sales role. In order to be considered for this position you must have industry experience in selling Litigation Support Services. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business with law firms & companies, while possessing the ability to maintain and build new business relationships.

The Regional Sales Director will call on small, mid-sized, and large law firms & corporate legal departments, to service existing clients, and to generate business from new clients. This sales professional is responsible for prospecting, outside sales calls, and presentations.

Requirements:

- 2+ years outside sales experience, within the litigation copy & support services industry and you must be tech savvy.
- Experience selling services, (vs. products), litigation support solutions, and electronic document management--services that support the Court Reporting and Videography industry.
- Legal sales background - selling corporate counsel and/or paralegals.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
- Must be a motivated self-starter, with excellent follow-through skills, who can work independently.
