We are a local servicing process company managing paperwork for various law firms. All positions require the following:

1- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
2- Operate basic office equipment
3- Sort and route incoming material
4- Systematically arranges documents according to an established system
5- Must be able to carry out basic clerical duties
6- Must be willing to assist staff with overflow work
7- Sort and prepare documents for imaging, correctly and accurately
8- Work under a time frame and must meet deadlines
9- Able to work with others and can follow instructions/procedures
10- Moderate computer skills for data entry and internet research tasks
11- Type minimum 25 wpm – Typing Test Conducted
12- Must be willing to be cross trained for additional duties, but NOT limited to the above

**EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE
**EXCELLENT PHONE SKILLS IS A MUST
**EXCELLENT DATA ENTRY SKILLS
