Duties:
Performs management of projects supporting development of SIGINT systems. Performs all aspects of project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial) Supervises program managers involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks. This task includes both the management of software and hardware efforts. This task includes non-routine functional activities by providing management and technical direction to program managers. Person exercises independent judgment, as well as a high level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems. Person demonstrates responsibility for all aspects of performance and the overall direction of all project activities and personnel. Person demonstrates ability to perform earn value, apply learning curves, budget estimates, and contract negotiations.

Work is based in Dahlgren, VA but performance may be in multiple locations throughout the US.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 16 to 18 years of related (technical environment) experience. Management experience is required. Should have fifteen (15) years of experience performing management of development of SIGINT systems. Must possess current TS/SCI. Must have direct experience with RF systems such as TACAN Target Tracking Systems; Versatile Target Acquisition System; Video Annotator System and Personal Locator System, Scoutmaster system, V2/V3 Systems, Finder System, Robin System, ERS System, DTR System and SMACKS.

Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.
