Deposition firm looking for a Sales Professional for business to business outside sales. The ideal candidate must have industry experience selling Litigation Support Services, will have an existing book of business with law firms and companies and possesses the ability to maintain and build new relationships.
The Regional Sales Director will call on small, mid-sized and large law firms and corporate legal departments, to service existing clients and to generate business from new clients. This sales professional is responsible for prospecting, outside sales calls and presentations.
Requirements:
2+ years outside sales experience, within the litigation copy and support services indistry
Experience selling services, litigation support solutions and electronic document management - services that support the Court Reporting and Videography industry
Legal sales background a plus - selling corporate counsel and/or paralegals
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Exceptional communication, organization and analytical abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office and related software applications
Must be a motivated self-starter with excellent follow-through skills, who can work independently.
