DO & CO Catering New York, Inc. is an international Airline Caterer, with our Corporate Headquarters located in Vienna, Austria. We have facilities located in New York, London, Barcelona, Milan, Istanbul, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Salzburg and Vienna. We are looking for sophisticated and qualified staffs for our sophisticated first class lounges located at JFK international Airport.
The ideal candidate is self motivated and possess outstanding etiquette and communication skills. Work well as a team member or independently as to ensure smooth & efficient running of the Lounge operation so as to provide the highest standard of customer service to our customers. Ideal candidate is a quick thinker and an effective decision maker, works well in a fast pace environment that requires a hands on approach to our customers needs.

Reports to: Lounge Manager
Lounge Supervisor
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Assist the lounge manager in day to day tasks
• Substitute the lounge manager during off time
• Secure high level of customer service per DO & CO standards
• Design and adapt shift schedules
• Make sure all administrative tasks are fulfilled (e.g. inventory, time keeping etc.)
• Manage the day to relationship with our customer
• Be the competent partner to our customer and employees
• Write reports
• Assist lounge manager in project developments
• Train and educate existing staff and comply with DO & CO standards
• Assists Manager in the hiring process of new staff
• Develop and implement new procedures and safeguard existing procedures

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year experience of high profile food service and service experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in area of work
• Bilingual - knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Gastronomic background mandatory
• Available to work in a 24 / 7 ambient various shifts without restrictions

We offer benefit package consisting of health, dental, vision and paid time off. This is a full time position which requires flexibility and availability to work various shifts which may include Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
