Grant Writer, JOB SUMMARY

Donate Life California, the non-profit, state-authorized organ and tissue donor registry, seeks consultant to conduct grant writing, capacity building, and grant reports to seek new funding sources to further DLC’s mission. Grant writer will seek public, private, and corporate funding:

Identify sources of potential new foundation support
Writes grant proposals.
Ensure grant applications and reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
Oversee timely grant reporting and documentation
Work with Executive Director to collect information and complete foundation reports


Must have minimum 3 years grant writing experience, strong writing/research skills, and an established record of success in raising corporate/foundation support. Flexibility in scheduling and working from home is an option.
