JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Event Staff-
Provide peer group management, by ensuring compliance of facility rules/regulations.
Direct and inform guests.
Assist with emergency procedures.
Conduct pre-entrance door inspection of ticket holders (checking for: bottles, cans, weapons, cameras, unauthorized recording equipment).
Secure backstage and other authorized only areas.
Event Staff personnel shall be assigned inside or outside the venue.
All Event Staff will follow CSC rules and regulations including proper uniform and proper attitude toward patrons and fellow employees.
Ushers-
Assist patrons by providing directional guidance between building entry points and seating area.
Check tickets and either direct or escort patrons to their proper seats.
Keep patrons to their proper ticket areas.
Check exit doors for unauthorized entry.
Assist with any emergency situations.
Ushers will follow CSC rules and regulations including proper uniform and proper attitude toward patrons and fellow employees.
Ticket Takers-
The first people seen by our Guests. Make a good impression.
Capable of the collection, verification and tearing or scanning of tickets.
Prevent unauthorized entry into venue.
Obtain accurate ticket counts by the end of each event.
May be asked to do visual checks of patrons for contraband items and other unauthorized materials.
Ticket Takers will follow CSC rules and regulations including proper uniform and proper attitude toward patrons and fellow employees.
