A Government Contractor celebrating their 20th year of operations, has an immediate opportunity available for experienced Oracle Federal Financials Developer to join our team, located in Aurora, CO.

Supports E-commerce operations systems support (EOSS) program network operations which provides an integrated set of financial, contract management, and acquisition support systems for purchased healthcare activities. The Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) component is the core financial subsystem of TMAs E-Commerce System, supporting budget and accounting functions.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Performs system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, subsystem and system integration and testing of the Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) system. Participates in software requirement review, preliminary and critical design, integration readiness review, and software acceptance review. Supports program management office in technical role. Researches problems discovered by quality assurance or product support and develop solutions. Supports proposal efforts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical problems associated with specific projects. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines. May provide technical guidance to lower level software engineers.

Required Qualifications:

* B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus 5 years minimum of relevant professional experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
* Senior development experience with leadership qualities including training and mentoring abilities.
* Oracle DB 9i and/or 10G experience.
* SQL+ and PL/SQL experience.
* Oracle Forms and Reports 6i experience.
* Oracle Financials or Oracle Federal Financials experience. Basic functional knowledge of Oracle applications and how the modules are interrelated. Working knowledge of basic accounting functions to complement technical expertise.
* Oracle Applications 11i - Modules AP, AR, PO, and GL required.
* WEB technologies - HTML and JAVA required.
* Must possess experience in adopting AIM methodology and Oracle Applications customization standards.
* Excellent communication skills, documentation skills, organizational skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
* US Citizenship is required. Selected applicants will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements and obtain a government-granted security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

* Oracle Financials, Oracle 10g experience.
* Knowledge of interfacing Oracle application modules from external sources or third party tools will be a plus.
* Experience with jDeveloper, XML, workflow desired.
* Reports requirements gathering and documentation experience.
* Basic knowledge of Informatica or other ETL tools.
* Basic knowledge of Apache web services.
* CMMI L3 training desired.
* Experience with UNIX (Solaris) and Windows 2000/2003 Server.
